Miley Cyrus avoids visit from intruder with scissors!

The former Disney star wasn't at home luckily, and some of the employees at her property called the police when spotting the intruder who was wielding a pair of scissors, claiming he knew Cyrus. The intruder has been taken into custody.

James Franco is being sued for defamation

The "127 Hours" Oscar nominated actor is being sued by a former teacher on the grounds that Franco referred to him as an "awful teacher", with unspecified monetary compensation being sought.
